| | Yet another attempt to blog my visitation occured today. We have filed a motion to take my children to Australia and my Ex responds with a motion to suspen my visitstion with more lies and accusations.
This case has become a total joke along with Douglas County Court system. Judges like Arkin and Holmes are not following the statues and rules of the court. They are on a mission to screw fathers in colorado especially fathers in Douglas County.
My Ex and her lying attorney ORTIZ filed a motion today to block my visitation claiming that I are endangering my oldest son because I wont follow my Ex medication schedule for ADD/ADHD. The children doctor also confirms that the medication schedule that I am doing is correct but my Ex wants to total drug him as she can not get him to respond to her.
It doesnt stop with her. We are now over 35 accusations in this case all a false and attempts to block my visitation

On Saturday my wife and I checked out the site where the Family Law Update Conference will be held. WE COULDN'T ASK FOR MORE! The sidewalks are WIDE and merge with a large courtyard in front of the building's entrance. I estimate that in excess of 100 motivated picketers could easily fit in this space! WOW ! HUGE VISIBILITY to the passing traffic on 19th and on GRANT ST., especially during the morning rush hour and the late afternoon rush hour.

Here's

This a good guy has done alot for the Family court reform.
Me And this guy went to the adams county Child support Office and payed my child support with change.
Mostly pennies dimes and and nickles and some Qaurters.
400 dollars worth of change.
Brought A video camrea and tapeit was the funnyest thing That ever was.
We were hoping they would'nt take it then we could got in i save every penny to pay my child support and they wont take it.
Welll they took it but told me they would'nt take change again.
The way I feel about the system Yes Let there be a obligation but make a fair one not a wepon that brings Fathers down.
So if they are going to make it hard on me I am not going to make it easy for them.
