| hello,
i am a 26 year old father, and have a son who is 3 1/2. For the first 3 years of his life his mother and i shared custody, without going to court, we went 4 days on 4 days off. on january 5th she and her new husband moved to Houston. Our son was the first, and she is pregnant for the 4th time in 4 years. she sent an affidavit into the court that said i never spent time with him, never paid for anything, basically i was a dead beat dad, when i reality, i was above and beyond, that little boy turned my life around and he is my world. the majestrate allowed to take him. well i am supposed to meet with a CFI on wednesday. i have tons of evidence, (bank accounts, phone records etc, that disprove everything she has claimed, does anyone have any suggestions as to what to say with regards to the CFI. please help, she has RUINED my life, and my rights have been stripped. my lawyer has done nothing productive but i don't know if that is his fault, any suggestons |
