I have case in court to where I can not afford a lawyer and I lost my job dealing with this case and the DVcase. She was arrested for DV and I had my son for a short time. She gets out of jail and she asked for cusody for my son. I asked the courts for temp cusody and a restraining order for my son. It was granted but she was hiding so she could not be served. (I was holding my son when the DV was happening.) Her lawyer asked for an emergency hearing and the judge threw out the restraining order for my son. That day I also was released from my job because I had to go to court. Now I have no money and no lawyer. She obtianed a lawyer from legal aid so I can not get a lawyer from legal aid. I need help ! Please if anyone knows of a Lawyer that can take this case or will take this case call 719 242 8403. You can call to give advise. The case is in Pueblo
