In Oct. 2008 I was put on supervised visitation with my children after unfounded charge #27 to CPS. Why you may ask was I put on supervised visits? Because I am " horrible to the gaurdian ad litem" so I must be that way with my children when they disagree with me. I can see the connection, can't you? Well, after that judge recused herself from the bogus D & N case brought against me in Adams County, the Chief Justice dismissed the case restoring my unsupervised visitation with my children. I have had 5 visits with my boys at CPS who said there was no reason for me to be on supervised visits. I was to pick my boys up tonight at 6 pm. In true hostile parenting style, my ex husband has filed an emergency hearing & it was granted, to keep me on supervised visitation & keep the D & N alive. I will be in Adams County Court (5th floor with Phelps) with no lawyer fighting for the right to see my children outside of 4 white walls & someone taking notes.
