Had lunch with my son yesterday- he now refuses to come over for visitation time that has been slowly carved away for several years. He is now a teenager and shortly away fom driving. He has been taught to hate me and not share anything that's going on in his life. My attorney says we can go to court and enforce the visitation schedule, but he will resent me even more. The attorney also stated we could get a CFI involved to investigate parental alienation and hope the courts agree. This process would cost $10,000-12,000 dollars. I can't afford this so I can only hope as my son gets older he will come around again.
