Is there help for this case Minimize
Author:dpatchieCreated:8/3/2009 12:18 PM
I am the grandmother of a young lady who will turn 18 in the next week. Her father pays support through the Famiily support agency, and has since day one. Meanwhile, she has graduated from high school, is working full time and self supporting, has lived with her boyfriend not with her mother for at least the last 6 months. Her "My Space" information state she says she is "Married", and her boyfriends state that they are living together. Meanwhile Family support has been contacted by my son with the above information and he was told that since her mother "recently" filed an affidavit that the daughter is living with her, the support will have to continue until the daughter is 149. Who can help with this, any suggestions on how to approach this with familly support to get the support discontinued now? It seems to me that this is a fraudlent act by the mother.
