Grief associated with the demise of your relationship with your children? Minimize
Author:jaadavisCreated:9/25/2007 10:10 PM
I have spent an incredible amount of money to attempt to protect my children from my ex-spouse. Emotional Incest Syndrome, isolating, corrupting and Inappropriate Control are some of the issues that I find my 5 year old little girl and 7 year old boy having to deal with 20 days out of the month thanks to our court system in this fine state.

Gender Bias 110
By jaadavis on9/26/2007 11:28 PM

Lets face it that the courts and everyone surrounding the issue are gender biased.  The fact that so many people working the divorce gravy train need a payoff is quite evident.  It is much easier still even today with women making more money and working more to throw that on the man.  The idea that a man has a right to have a quality relationship with his children never truly enters into the equations and worksheets of the courts.  Both attorneys rub their hands together with glee when a dad decides to take on the system and try for just a 50-50 split because it means he is in for a 30000+ payoff and that is just his attorney who might be truthful enough to tell him that the judge might not give him anything he is fighting for and sit back and still collect the man's money.  He could just walk into court alone and probably get almost the same standardized visitation that his attorney will get him and he might even have to pay her attorney too.  No ...

Wrong plumbing pay pay pay!
By jaadavis on9/26/2007 11:53 AM

I just got off the phone with the third person at family support registry.  Seems the judge in his infinite wisdom set my ex's income at minimum wage so I got a raw deal to begin with but then the registry people have dropped the ball as far as I can tell.  Listen up final orders state 548.00 goes for child support 50.00 goes toward arrears since I had a ton when temp orders ordered alimony then back dated it to first filing and 50.00 current alimony.  So, we got 648.00 a month right?  So, they take in 1700.00 through garnishing me and taking a check for the child support in August!  Now, they tell me that I still owe Sept. for 598.00 and by the way pay another 598.00 by the 5th of October!  Oh, but the good thing is you paid all your arrears.  Thanks alot works well with paying that extra 1700.00 dollars the CFI billed at final orders that the judge said I had to take care of within 60 days.  Don't expect a break from this syste ...

Wrong plumbing 101
By jaadavis on9/25/2007 11:18 PM

After over a year fight with the court system and my ex spouse, the only advise I got from the CFI and the Court was that I need to get counselling to deal the the demise of my relationship with my children.  A demise forced on me by the fine legal system of this State.

My ex squats in a filthy apartment sucking the life out of my little boy and little girl as she uses them to meet all of her emotional needs.  She homeschools my almost 8 year old as a first grader and he is not reading yet.  But it benefits her to keep him from his peer group so that he will have more interest in meeting her needs.  When he does get a bath, she brings the 5 year old girl into the bathroom for worship.  She crawls into bed with him to sleep at night to help him go to sleep?  Yet almost every counselor, the CFI, and the court still gives her primary custod ...
