Mom came to pick up my daughter and was drunk, I refused to let her have my daughter but she ripped my daughter away from me crying. Instead of catching a domestic violence charge I let my child go and I called 911, Mom got arrested for DUI rwith my baby and another child in the car. DSS is investigating, but now I am not allowed to see my daughter, I went to daycare to pick her up and daycare is now giving me a hassle, I have a court order for visitation but Mom is now refuseing me to have my daughter and is determined that I go to her house for pick up, but I was warned by DSS that Mom is trying to lure me into getting arrested for Domestic Violence and to be aware. I had to sit and watch my daughter screem for me the other day as Mom pulled her from daycare and wouldnt let me have her, it broke my heart and wouldnt wish that on my worst enemy!
